Refunds
Thirty days, no questions asked. One email, and the money goes back the way it came.
Ask within 30 days of buying and we refund you in full. You do not have to say why, you do not have to prove anything, and it does not matter how much you used it. Write to support@wispfield.dev from the address you bought with, and say you want a refund.
How it works
- Send one email. Any wording. “Refund please” is enough.
- We process it within three working days, usually the same day.
- The money returns to the card you paid with. How long it then takes to appear is your bank’s business, not ours, and is usually five to ten days.
- Your license key stops working. This is the only consequence. It is what makes the offer possible.
Why we can promise this
There is a seven day free trial, and it is the whole product with nothing held back. Anyone who buys has already run it. A refund policy that had to be defended with conditions would be a sign that the trial was not honest, so the trial does the work and this page does not have to.
Two details worth stating plainly
Your files are untouched
A refund ends your license, not your work. Everything Wispfield helped you build is in ordinary folders on your own disk and stays exactly where it is, readable with or without the app installed. Nothing is deleted, locked or held back.
Your license number is not resold
License numbers are issued in order and are never reused. If you refund license number 37, that number is retired rather than handed to the next buyer. Two people should never be able to say they hold the same one.
After 30 days
The guarantee has run out, but do write anyway. If the product is broken for you we would rather fix it or refund it than have you stuck with something that does not work. That is a decision we make case by case rather than a right you can hold us to.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces rights you have under the law where you live. If you bought as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase, and this 30 day policy is longer and simpler than that right requires. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks, and there is nothing it can get you that this page will not give you faster. We revoke the license key on a reversed payment in the same way we would on a refund.
